Intercollegiate Bouquet Making Competition 2026
BLDEA'S College of Nursing, Jamkhandi organised an Intercollegiate Bouquet Making Competition on 8th May 2026 as part of the International Nurses Week Celebrations 2026, bringing together students from various nursing colleges to showcase their creativity in floral arrangement.
Event Overview
A total of 8 students from various nursing colleges participated in the competition, demonstrating skill and artistry in floral bouquet making within a set time frame.
The competition was judged by:
- Mrs. Poornima Surpur – Assistant Professor, BLDEA'S Degree College, Jamkhandi
- Mrs. Ashwini Ananthpur – Assistant Professor, BLDEA'S College of Education, Jamkhandi

Prizes and certificates were distributed during the International Nurses Day Celebration held on 12th May 2026 in the presence of dignitaries.

The event was successfully coordinated by Mrs. Shivaleela Sarawad, Assistant Professor, under the guidance of Dr. Veerabhadrappa G. Mendagudli, Principal, BLDEA'S College of Nursing, Jamkhandi.
The competition provided an enriching platform for students to express creativity and artistic skill, celebrating the spirit of nurses week through the art of floral arrangement.
