Mr. Rakesh Kakanaki, a second-year BSc Nursing student, won Second Prize in a National Level Intercollegiate E-Poster Competition organized by the Shri B.M. Patil Institute of Nursing Sciences, Vijayapura, as part of International Nurses Day on 12th May 2023.

BLDEA's College of Nursing, Jamkhandi proudly hosted the RGUHS–Kalaburagi Zone Chess Tournament (Men & Women) on 24th August 2024. In this tournament, our students made us proud by securing Fourth Place in the Women's Category. Congratulations to the team for their achievement!

Our student Ms. Deepa R. Vibhuti of BLDEA'S College of Nursing, Jamkhandi has secured 4th Place in the RGUHS State Level Single Zone Cross Country Race – Women Category (2025) organized by BLDEA'S Pharmacy College, Jamkhandi. Mr. Prakash Hipparagi, a Fifth Semester student of BLDEA's College of Nursing, Jamkhandi, secured the Third Prize in Long Jump (5 meters) in the Degree College – Men category at the BLDE Association's Dr. C. R. Bidari Memorial Athletic Meet, held on 1st & 2nd February 2026 and hosted by Shri A. B. Jatti Pre-University College (High School Section), Tikota. Ms. Vandana Chikkaraddi and Ms. Laxmi Masali, students of BLDEA's College of Nursing, Jamkhandi, secured the Second Prize in the Debate Competition on the topic "Ban on Social Media is Necessary", organized by BLDEA's Shri B. M. Patil Institute of Nursing Sciences, Vijayapura, on the occasion of World Mental Health Day – 10th October 2025.
